The XTreme SIG will meet in Stuttgart Germany immediately prior to CUG 2012. This one-day event is scheduled for Sunday, April 29, 2012. Participation is limited to XTreme members with current non-disclosure agreements in place with Cray. There is a modest cost to attend. Registration is required.

Who are the CUG members?

CUG memberships are by site and include a significant percentage of Cray computer installations worldwide. The membership includes universities, industries, and government installations.

What are the benefits of joining?

Professional contacts with members at other sites who face similar issues can facilitate information exchange leading to critical innovations and surprising solutions. CUG conferences and workshops foster candid and constructive discussions with Cray staff, shared information among member sites regarding current experiences and projected HPC technology trends, and productive collaboration opportunities.

How much does a CUG membership cost?

The current annual fee per organization is $750. The CUG membership year is January 1— December 31.

How do I join CUG?

Any site that has a Cray computer system may join CUG. The application form is available as a PDF from the Membership menu. Your completed application should be sent to the CUG Office.. Once the application is approved, the CUG Office will respond with a confirmation and an invoice.
