Our conference will be held at the Hyatt on Capitol Square in downtown Columbus, Ohio. The conference room rate is $135 USD (plus tax) for single and double rooms. Prevailing government rates are available for a limited number of rooms.

Notes for using the Hyatt on line reservation system:

• Our tests of the Hyatt system found a problem with recalculating room rates **after** one makes a reservation, has a confirmation number, and then goes back into the system to make a change in arrival or departure dates. We suggest that you use the pdf form below or call the hotel directly if after you make your reservation your dates need to be changed.
• When you enter your credit card number, be sure to enter the digits only: no spaces, hyphens, or other punctuation.
• Last, please feel free to contact the CUG Office should your need assistance with the on line system. The CUG Office does not make reservations, but may be able to help you identify and solve problems you encounter.
